Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage overall accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliation, and end-to-end accounts management, along with the ability to guide junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee and manage the complete accounting process.

? Supervise billing activities and support junior accountants when required.

? Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP.

? Perform and review bank reconciliations.

? Handle GST filings, GST adjustments, and ensure timely return submissions.

? Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.

? Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheets.

? Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting and statutory standards.

? Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure timely completion of tasks.

? Identify process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting.

? Strong proficiency in Tally ERP, GST, TDS, tax filing, and reconciliation.

? Sound understanding of accounting standards and compliance.

? Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

? Good communication and documentation abilities.
