Job Title: Senior Accountant (Export Billings)

Location: Panipat

Experience: 5 - 7+ Years

Salary: 35K-40K per month

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in export

billing and documentation. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of export

accounting processes, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, shipping, and banking

documentation related to export transactions. The role requires a detail-oriented

professional who can manage complete accounts, ensure accuracy in reporting, and handle

coordination with banks, auditors, and export authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage and oversee export billing and documentation (LCs, Bills of Exchange,

Packing Lists, Invoices, etc.).

? Handle complete export accounting including shipping, customs, and banking

requirements.

? Reconcile export bills with bank realization certificates (BRCs).

? Prepare MIS reports related to exports, receivables, and outstanding payments.

? Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

? Liaise with banks, CHA, and government authorities for export-related

transactions.

? Maintain records of inward and outward remittances.

? Assist in internal and statutory audits.

? Monitor credit limits and follow up for timely realization of export proceeds.

Requirements:

? Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.

? Experience: Minimum 5 - 7+ years in accounts with specialization in export billing.

? Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software, MS Excel.

? Thorough understanding of export documentation and compliance norms.

? Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
