Mindspace Outsourcing is an accounting outsourcing company that provides bookkeeping and

accounting services to individuals and small to medium-sized businesses in various countries

across the world, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia. We

are certified in QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage.

Role Description

1.Responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks.

2.Managing the preparation and completion of accounts.

3. Conducting regular analysis of financial performance and identifying cost-saving

opportunities,

4.Preparing financial forecasts and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and

procedures.

5.The Senior Accountant will also liaise with clients and provide support to junior staff members.

Qualifications

? Expertise in accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and MYOB

? Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards would be good Preferred.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Ability to work independently and within a team environment

? Strong attention to detail and accuracy

? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.com , M.com , BBA , CA

Dropouts , CMA Dropouts can also apply)

? Experience in accounts receivable, payroll, and tax return preparation.

Shift Time : 5PM to 2:30AM

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
