Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP or accounting software.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and client accounts.
Ensure accuracy in project-wise cost allocation and expense tracking.
2. GST & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual
GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
.
Handle
input tax credit (ITC)
reconciliation and maintain proper GST documentation.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for compliance and assessments.
Ensure compliance with
TDS, PF, ESI
, and other statutory requirements.
3. Project Accounting
Track and report
project-wise revenues, costs, and profitability
.
Prepare work-in-progress (WIP) statements and assist in project budgeting.
Manage client billing and certification of running account (RA) bills.
4. Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Support management in preparing MIS reports and variance analysis.
Assist in annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
5. Other Duties
Maintain records for fixed assets and depreciation.
Handle petty cash and site-level expense monitoring.
Support management with financial forecasts and budgeting.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
2-5 years of experience
in accounting, preferably in the
construction industry
.
Good knowledge of
GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
