Key Responsibilities

Group Accounting:

Oversee end-to-end accounting for the group of companies, ensuring precision and timely month-end/year-end closures.

Taxation & Compliance:

Manage the filing of GST, TDS, ESIC, PF returns, and ROC compliances. Stay current with evolving tax laws to ensure the group remains fully compliant.

Audit Management:

Prepare annual and interim financial statements and coordinate with external auditors for all activities.

Tax Planning:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize tax liabilities and benefits for the group.

Financial Analysis & Forecasting:

Analyse financial data to identify trends, predict future performance, and guide business strategies.

System Improvement:

Evaluate current financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Leadership:

Train and mentor junior accountants to maintain high standards of accounting and software proficiency.

Automation:

Utilize AI tools and advanced Excel to identify trends, prepare financial reports, predict performance, and automate routine financial workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's in accounting or finance, or similar qualification like CA Inter are preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience; experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software such as Odoo, Tally Prime, or SAP; knowledge of ERP systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Competencies:

Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and tax planning. Excellent leadership and analytical skills.

AI Skills:

Ability to leverage AI toolsfor financial analysis, prompt engineering for reporting, and identifying process automation opportunities.

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?680,000.00 per year
