We are a leading catering company committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As part of our growing team, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally. Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Banking and Reconciliation:

Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Process and monitor payments and receipts.

Tax Compliance:

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.

Budgeting and Reporting:

Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Generate regular financial reports for management review.

Audit and Documentation:

Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation. Maintain organized records for all financial transactions.

Payroll Management:

Process employee salaries, incentives, and deductions. Ensure accurate payroll entries and statutory compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

B.Com degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Tally ERP (Advanced knowledge is mandatory). Strong command of MS Excel and other accounting software.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation rules.

Other Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
