Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Accountant to lead accounting teams, oversee financial reporting, and provide strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities

:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses.

2. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accountants.

3. Accounting Policy: Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

4. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

2. Professional certification (CPA, CA, or CMA) if any

3. 3+ years of accounting experience

4. GST/ TDS knowledge required.

5. Handling Tally independently

6. Taxation

7. Finalisation

Preferred Skills:

1. Financial software expertise

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3. Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: From ?14,977.96 per month
