Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
Record all financial transactions accurately (expenses, payments, receipts, JV).
Handle petty cash, bank reconciliations, and account ledgers.
2. Billing & Invoicing
Prepare transportation invoices, trip sheets, duty slips, and supporting documents.
Verify kilometer reports, attendance sheets, and billing data with operations.
Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients.
3. GST, TDS & Compliance
Prepare and verify GST input/output reports.
Handle TDS calculations, payment, and return filing support.
Assist with statutory audits and compliance documentation.
4. Payment Follow-up & Collections
Coordinate with clients for timely payment collection.
Maintain records of outstanding payments and update ageing reports.
Prepare weekly/monthly collection follow-up reports.
6. Operations Coordination
Coordinate with operations, drivers, and dispatch teams for timely vehicle deployment.
Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contract terms.
Monitor trip schedules, route planning, and service efficiency.
5. Business Development
Identify opportunities for additional business with existing clients.
Support the sales team for new client onboarding.
Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations as required.
Maintain strong professional relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate transport solutions.
Address client concerns, service issues, and resolve complaints promptly
4. Reporting & Monitoring
Track daily operations, vehicle status, and trip performance.
Prepare MIS reports for internal teams and clients.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in employee transportation / logistics operations.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Flexible to work on client-site requirements and extended hours if needed.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
2-4 years of experience in accounting; transportation/logistics experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
