Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Management
Handle day-to-day accounting entries including receipts, payments, sales, purchase, and journal entries.
Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP systems.
Prepare monthly financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliation reports.
Manage cash flow, bank reconciliation, and ensure accurate record keeping.
Assist in GST, TDS calculations, challan preparation, and filing coordination.
2. Plot ATS (Agreement to Sale) Management
Prepare and verify ATS documents for plot sales as per company formats.
Coordinate with the sales team to collect customer KYC, payment schedules, and booking documents.
Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure all details match accounting entries.
Track installment payments and update customer ledgers accordingly.
3. Sale Deed Coordination
Prepare Sale Deed drafts and coordinate with legal teams and registration offices.
Verify legal documents, plot details, payment clearing, and compliance before final registration.
Schedule registration appointments with clients and maintain registry records.
Ensure proper handover of registered documents and update system records.
4. Customer & Internal Coordination
Communicate with buyers regarding payment reminders, dues, and documentation.
Support the Sales & Admin teams with financial queries.
Maintain MIS reports related to bookings, outstanding payments, and revenue.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to management (Sales, ATS status, Plot-wise outstanding, etc.).

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and Tally/ERP.
Experience in Real Estate accounting preferred.
Good understanding of Plot ATS agreements, sale deed process, and registration workflow.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
Attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Additional certification in accounting or Tally is a plus.
Salary: - As per industry standards (based on experience)
Joining: Immediate / As per notice period
