About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Senior Accountant

to manage and supervise the organisation's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations Review and verify accounting entries in Tally Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle GST & TDS calculations, return filing, and statutory compliance Review vendor invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate cash flow records Maintain and monitor petty cash transactions Coordinate and support internal and external audits Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Lead and guide junior accounting staff Prepare MIS reports for management review Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel Experience with net banking and online payments Excellent analytical and reporting skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
