Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain daily accounting records and ledgers (Sales, Purchase, General Ledger). Post journal entries and adjustments with proper documentation. Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Taxation & Compliance

Prepare & file

GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B)

and perform GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation. Handle

TDS computation, deduction & return filing

. Maintain statutory records and support audit processes.

Banking & Reconciliation

Perform daily/weekly

bank reconciliation

. Monitor cash & bank balances; prepare banking documentation. Maintain petty cash records accurately.

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly

MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet

, and cash flow reports. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Maintain receivables/payables aging reports.

Vendor & Client Coordination

Coordinate with vendors for invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Follow up with clients for outstanding dues. Verify vendor bills and resolve discrepancies.

Other Responsibilities

Support management with financial insights. Maintain confidentiality of financial data. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP / Tally Prime

. Expertise in

GST, TDS, and financial compliance

. Strong MS Excel skills (

Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas

). Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills. High accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline management. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

. Experience:

1-3 years

in accounting, GST, and TDS. Candidates living near

Dadar / Central Mumbai

preferred. Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
