Roles & Responsibilities

:

? Maintaining book of account at the Branch

? Proactive follow up for outstanding dues with respective account personnel of the customer

? Timely escalation in case of delay / disputes etc.

? Preparation of MIS Report and reporting

? Arranging timely payments to vendors

? Liaise with Customers Svc / Docs / Ops for vendor invoices, ensure timely preparation of invoices and desptach to customer ..

? Finalizing the Invoice and check the tax related part once received from details from Docs team

? Managing Debtors and Creditor with excellent cash flow management to meet needs of the growing business.

? Provide the debtors outstanding list to sales team on weekly basis.

? Managing petty Cash and cash Closing

? Bank , debtors & Creditor Reconciliation and get the balance confirmation from concern party

? Preparation & filing of the GST & TDS register & returns filing and necessary documents to settle these authorities queries.

Attending and handling Internal and External Audit

?

Preparation of Financial Statements for the branch as per the guidelines issued by Head office.

? Ensuring Internal Financial Controls Compliance as per the guidelines issued by Head office

? Ledger scrutiny of all accounts on monthly basis

? Replying to Internal audit reports and queries of Internal/Statutory auditors

? Ensuring Strict Compliance of Various Statutory requirements like income tax act, companies Act, PF,ESI, SEBI, Profession Tax, etc

? Managing Funds of the branch,by collecting customers dues on timely manner.

? Prefer candidate residing in and around Navi Mumbai with preferably CA Inter with 5 to 7 yrs working experience.

? Work experience of Independent handling of Branch accounts will be added advantage.

? Preferably CA Inter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
