Salary Range 35K-50K
Accounting & Taxation Operations
Experience in handling day-to-day accounting procedures.
Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxes including GST working, recording, reconciliation and compliance.
Reconciliations
Ledger reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors to ensure accuracy of balances.
Bank Reconciliation on periodic basis for all bank accounts.
TDS Workings & Statutory Compliance
Accurate computation of TDS on month-to-month basis as per applicable sections and rates.
Ensuring timely monthly online TDS payment.
Preparation and filing of Quarterly TDS Returns and downloading & issuing of Form 16A / related reports.
TDS Checking & Controls
Reviewing and monitoring TDS deduction at time of booking / payment.
Clarification and authorization of accounting entries in Tally.
MIS & Reporting
Preparation of MIS reports for management as per requirement.
Balance Confirmations
Sending and obtaining balance confirmation from Debtors and Creditors on regular intervals.
Book-keeping & Finalisation Support
Complete knowledge of accounting systems, book-keeping, maintaining books up to Trial Balance and assisting in finalisation activities.
