Tasks Expert is a dynamic and fast-growing virtual employee services provider catering to global clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. We are expanding our internal finance department and seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Navi Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file

GST returns

and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Handle

TDS calculations

, payments, and quarterly return filings. Manage and finalize

Profit & Loss statements

,

Balance Sheets

, and

Trial Balances

. Maintain and update accurate records of

monthly financials

, including income, expenses, and reconciliations. Record and manage

sales transactions

, ensuring proper classification and accuracy. Process

monthly payroll

and coordinate with HR for attendance and salary inputs. Provide timely and accurate

monthly financial reports

to the management. Work extensively with

Zoho Books

to manage the company's financial data and accounting operations. Assist in audits and respond to statutory requirements from relevant authorities. Coordinate with the internal finance team for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CA Inter preferred). Minimum

3-5years of experience

in accounting roles with hands-on expertise in:

GST filings

TDS

P&L and Balance Sheet

Zoho Books

Payroll

Sales Recording

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability. Good verbal and written communication skills.
