Min. Educational Qualification :Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance (preferred)
Experience:Minimum 5-7 years in Accounting, Finance, and Tax Compliance
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage.
Willingness to take ownership and contribute to process improvements
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficient in handling tax returns and statutory filings.
Effective communication and coordination with audit teams.
Systematic planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping:Conduct a detailed verification of the Monthly Sales Report and validate all supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Verify all purchase invoices for accuracy and completeness before recording in the accounting system.
Scrutinize petty cash reimbursement vouchers to ensure proper documentation and policy adherence.Prepare purchase orders and track vendor bills and payments.
Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely entries.Prepare purchase orders and track vendor bills and payments.Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely entries.
Financial ReportingPrepare monthly MIS reports for management review.Reconcile accounts and assist in financial statement preparation.Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
Taxation & CompliancePrepare and file TDS returns and service tax returns.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.Coordinate with internal and external auditors during tax audits.
Audit SupportProvide documentation and clarifications during audit processes.Maintain organized records for audit readiness.
Vendor & Payment ManagementMonitor vendor accounts and ensure timely payments.Maintain documentation for purchase orders, invoices, and payment schedules.
CTC (PA)4,00,000 /- to 4,50,000/- LPA
