Ensure timely posting of journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
2. Taxation
Handle
TDS
computation, deduction, payment, and filing of returns.
Ensure
GST
compliance including:
Registration and amendments
Invoice matching
Filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9
Monthly and annual reconciliations
3. Audit & Compliance
Assist in
internal and statutory audits
.
Ensure adherence to
regulatory requirements
and accounting standards.
Coordinate with auditors and prepare necessary documentation.
4. Financial Reporting
Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
.
Generate
MIS reports
for management review and decision-making.
5. Banking & Payments
Monitor daily
bank transactions
and perform reconciliations.
Manage
vendor payments
, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.
6. Team Collaboration
Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants (e.g., CA firms).
Mentor and support junior accountants in their professional development.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
and
MS Excel
.
Strong knowledge of
Indian taxation laws
(TDS, GST).
Sound understanding of
accounting principles
and
financial reporting

Excellent attention to detail and
analytical thinking
.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
Certification in
Tally
or
GST
(preferred)
Experience:
Minimum
