fill a key vacancy in our Accounts department

and need a dependable & detail-oriented professional to help keep our finances and operations running smoothly.

Location:

On-site, Near Zaveri Bazaar (Mumbai).

Type:

Full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Tally & Accounts:

Daily accounting, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.

Tax Compliance:

Reconciling and assisting the tax consultant team with the filing of GST returns, TDS, Provident fund & ESIC.

Billing & Coordination:

Preparing invoices and coordinating with transporters and logistics partners.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving discrepancies quickly to ensure smooth financial operations.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on experience with

Tally Prime

and Accounts.

Solid knowledge of bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and general bookkeeping.

Positive, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.

Proficient at Microsoft Excel.

Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
