Senior Accountant

who has a solid background in logistics and freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions independently Finalization of accounts and preparation of Balance Sheet Prepare and provide timely

MIS

and

KPI

reports to management Manage

GST

,

TDS

, and

IT

taxation matters for individuals, partnerships, and private limited companies Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer ledgers Handle accounts payable and receivable, credit/debit notes, and journal entries Maintain proper documentation for audits and coordinate with external auditors Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements Communicate effectively via email and verbal correspondence in English Support internal financial processes and reporting improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

12th Pass (Graduates in Commerce or Accounting preferred)

Experience:

3-5 years

specifically in a logistics or freight forwarding company

Accounting Software:

Working knowledge of

Tally

(preferred) Good command of

English communication

, both spoken and written Strong email drafting and documentation skills Ability to work independently and handle pressure Immediate joiners will be given preference
