Zoho Books
and capable of handling all accounting functions
independently
, including GST, TDS, invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage end-to-end accounting operations using
Zoho Books
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including
bank entries, reconciliations, and voucher posting
Prepare
sales invoces,
proforma invoices, and Debit & Credit Note.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
returns
Prepare
monthly TDS sheets
and assist in ensuring timely payment and return filing
Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records
Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits
Monitor compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations
Support the finance team in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries as needed
Reconcile the collection report with bank statements to ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Minimum
5 years of accounting experience
with a strong understanding of Indian taxation and compliance
Proficiency in
Zoho Books
and
MS Excel
is essential
Sound knowledge of
GST, TDS, and general accounting principles
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time managements
