1. Core Responsibilities

GST Compliance & Filing

: Manage end-to-end GST processes including registration, invoicing, and filing returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) while ensuring adherence to latest tax regulations .

TDS Management

: Prepare and file TDS returns accurately, reconciling deductions and maintaining compliance records .

Financial Documentation

: Maintain precise accounting records using Tally software, including ledger management and invoice generation .

Tax Advisory

: Resolve tax-related queries and guide teams on compliance requirements .

2. Administrative Duties

Record Maintenance

: Organize financial documents, statutory records, and audit files.

Coordination

: Liaise with departments for financial data collection and reporting deadlines.

Process Improvement

: Streamline accounting workflows and administrative protocols.

3. Qualifications & Skills

Experience

: 1-2 years in accounting with proven exposure to GST/TDS filing .

Technical Proficiency

: Expertise in Tally ERP and MS Office .

Language

: Excellent command of English (written and verbal) for reports and stakeholder communication.

Certification

: Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance; GST practitioner certification preferred .

4. Key Competencies

Attention to detail in financial reconciliations . Ability to track legislative changes impacting taxation . Time-management skills for meeting filing deadlines .

Pay: ?14,809.47 - ?35,000.00 per month
