Essentials

:

1

. GeneralAccounting: ₹ Overseeing all aspects of accounting for a portfolio of multifamily properties.
Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Managing end-of-month closing procedures, including bank reconciliations and accruals.
Produce annual year-end reconciliations - CAM, percentage rent, insurance, utilities, real estate taxes, etc.

. FinancialReporting: ₹ Analyse, Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for properties under management using Yardi reports.
Provide commentary and explanations for financial results.
Generate customized financial reports as needed by management.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in Yardi.
Reconcile accounts and address any discrepancies.

. BudgetingandForecasting: ₹ Assist an updating of budgets and forecasts on Yardi.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and provide explanations for any deviation.

. ServiceChargeReconciliation: ₹ Onboarding new properties.
Prepare and present regular service charge reports to internal stakeholders, such as property managers and finance teams.
Service Charge Reconciliation on Yardi on completion of SC year for all tenants.

5.

Compliance

: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and Yardi software updates.

Good knowledge & understanding in accounting. Having experience/expertise in

Yardi

ERP

is mandatory. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people regardless of their technical skill set. Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio. Candidate should be Open to travel onsite for short term / Long term assignments on need basis
