About the Opportunity

We are hiring a

Senior Accountant

to oversee financial operations across two growing sectors -

educational institutions

and

land development projects

. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-focused, and experienced in managing full-cycle accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Education Sector (Main Focus):

Manage daily accounts - fees, salaries, operational costs Oversee payroll, budgeting, and statutory compliance Handle audits, reporting, and financial documentation Coordinate with the Director and Chartered Accountant

Real Estate Sector (Secondary Focus):

Track project-wise costs, vendor payments, and revenue Maintain records of land acquisition and sales Ensure accurate entries for construction/project expenses

General Tasks:

Prepare financial statements - P&L, balance sheet, cash flow Manage Tally, taxation (GST/TDS), and monthly closings Support audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws

Candidate Profile

Graduate in Accounting/Finance (CA Inter/CA Final preferred) Minimum

7 years

of experience, preferably in school accounting Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP

, taxation, and audit processes Organized, analytical, and able to work independently Excellent command over accounting standards and compliance
