West Avenue Realty is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in Mumbai. If you have strong experience in GST, TDS, and real estate accounting, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance and TDS filing Maintain records in accounting software (Tally) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Assist with finalization of accounts and audits Maintain compliance with statutory requirements Support finance team in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting

Key Skills Required

GST Compliance and Returns Filing TDS Management and Returns Real Estate Accounting Knowledge (preferred) Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and time management Experience in account finalization (a plus)
Requirements

Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate Sound understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills
