Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate annual audits. Prepare tax filings (GST, TDS, income tax) and ensure timely remittance. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Review and improve financial systems and procedures for efficiency. Oversee inventory and fixed asset accounting. Maintain records of financial transactions and support financial decision-making with accurate data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems). Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing, and financial compliance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
