Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Senior Accountant

to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations Supervise and support junior accounting staff Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems and processes Monitor and report on cash flow and financial health indicators

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CA preferred) Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
