Job Description

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role supports month-end and year-end close processes, financial analysis, and mentoring junior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Lead month-end and year-end closing processes Review and analyze financial data for accuracy and completeness Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Coordinate internal and external audits and provide audit support Monitor and improve accounting processes and internal controls Support tax preparation and regulatory filings as required Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
