About the Role

Ithis Hospital is looking for a

Senior Accountant

with at least

3 years of experience in hospital accounting

to manage financial operations, audits, and compliance. The candidate should have hands-on experience with

Remedi hospital software

and accounting systems such as

Tally ERP

.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Manage hospital billing, patient receipts, vendor payments, and collection tracking through

Remedi software

. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax). Coordinate

internal and external audits

, ensuring timely submission of reports and supporting documents. Conduct

periodic internal audits

to verify accuracy and strengthen internal controls. Reconcile bank, cash, and interdepartmental accounts regularly. Maintain accurate records for accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and variance analyses. Ensure all financial data and audit records are properly documented and filed.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Minimum

3 years of accounting experience in a hospital or healthcare setup

. Proficiency in

Remedi Hospital Software

,

Tally ERP

, and

MS Excel

. Strong understanding of audit processes, financial controls, and hospital billing systems. Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and analytical ability. Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a team.
