Excellent Career Growth, Learning, and Experience Job Responsibilities: - Overall responsibility for the AP, AR, regulatory compliance, payments business accounting, IT process controls etc. Setting up new process/ systems for entire accounting function. Finalize Trial balance and P & L, balance sheet, cash flow for monthly reporting & Statutory audit Responsible for Day today Bookkeeping, Cash flow management, and MIS reporting Managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost accounting & Revenue recognition. Coordinate and manage health insurance, payroll, HR, PF, and related matters. Prepare and publish timely Daily, Weekly and Monthly Internal Financial statements to management. Analysis of the financial results and identifying opportunities for strategic cost management. Lead the direct and indirect taxes compliance for the entire company including deduction of TDS, filing of returns, GST and other related compliance etc. Setup controls monitoring vendor payment along with business transactions. Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies. Develop and implement SOPs for various business processes after aligning with the stakeholders and ensure compliance. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Any other role-related tasks that may come up from time to time in the normal course of business. Requirements : 1.CA / MBA /M.COM with 10 + Years of Experience in Accounting, MIS and Audit in Retail or Manufacturing Environment. Preference will be given to Retail work experience candidates. 2.Must have a strong accounting background and have excellent understanding of accounting standards, analytical skills and audits 3.Computer Literate - Strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills 4.Experience with other ERP accounting package 5.Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports 6.Strong communication skill 7.Strong analytical skills 8.Preferred IT Background experience candidates.
