Job descriptionWe are in the business of Road Contracts/Road Construction for the last 20 years based out of Kukatpally, Hyderabad. We execute National Highways, State Highways and other Roads and Bridges.We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for Hyderabad .PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO SPARE TIME TO DO THE ASSESSMENTS - Memorization + Recall and Attention to Detail.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Complete & advanced working knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Tally, Taxes, Balance Sheet Preparations, Audit, Compliance, Banking etc.

• Responsible for review of Books of Accounts, Periodical review of current and projected Profitability of the Company.
• Ensure the statutory compliance.
• Conduct weekly and monthly financial assessments and generate reports to be submitted to senior management team.
• Establish budgets in accordance with the requirements of company and cal. Variances with outfall.
• Develop annual financial plans and projections for the company.
• Will be responsible to handle end to end Accounting Activities of Group Companies with Zero Mistakes
• Reconcile the Financial Discrepancies by Collecting and Analyzing Accounts Information
• Guide the Juniors by Coordinating Activities and Answering Questions
• Maintain Accounting Controls by preparing and recommending Policies and Procedures
• Effectively Manage vendor accounts
• Responsible to prepare P&L & Annual Balance Sheet and Various types of Reports which is necessary for Audit Purpose

• Ensure maintenance of Books of Accounts and records in compliance with Indian GAAP and other laws.
• Ensure Smooth functioning of Internal Audit Department, review the periodical reports and implement corrective step for improvement of Accounts and Internal Controls
• Assisting in Tender Related Jobs.

• Responsible for Checking of Payment Advise & PO approval
• Responsible to prepare Weekly & Monthly MIS Report

Professional Experience/Skills Required: Ideally, 6-8 years' experience in accounting field. Excellent Experience in Tally Drafting, letter writing skills are required Excellent Knowledge of using Microsoft Office - Word and Excel Strong collaboration and communication skills and a cool head. Should be a Fast learner of Road Contracts Construction related issues.
