Requirements:
The candidate should hold an M.Com with a minimum of 5 years' overall experience and 2-3 years within a construction company.
Strong proficiency in
Tally & Excel
.
Accounting of Sub Contractors Bills.
Reconciliation of Certified bills of Sub- Contractors.
Preparation of MIS/other reports as and when required by Managing Partner and Manager- Finance.
Cash Handling-Management of office Cash, Petty Cash Statements
Co-ordination with works sites for all accounting matters
Reconciliation of Daily reports with Muster roll
Assist during bulk transfer of payments
Check and confirm site cash requirements on Fridays such as hire charges, daily wages etc.
Preparing site-wise profitability reports.
Candidates should be based in or around
Kottayam
and able to commute easily to the Head Office.
