Position Summary:

An accomplished Accounting and Finance professional required with over 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation as per GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and ROC compliance preferably in the construction field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Accounts Manager in consolidated financial operations Prepare and analyze Financial Statements, Profit & Loss, and Reports Handle Budgeting, Forecasting, and Costing for all locations Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) Perform Ledger Reconciliation and manage vendor/customer accounts Support Internal & External Audits and ensure audit readiness Manage Debt & Credit Control and ensure timely collections Maintain excellent documentation for financial transparency and control

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com) Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting in construction field Proficient in Tally Prime. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Financial Reporting & Compliance Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under supervision
