Key Responsibilities
Handle
GST filings
including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, and related compliance for
multiple branches
Manage
TDS deductions, returns, and timely filings
across locations
Prepare and review
invoices
, ensure accuracy, and track receivables
Plan, monitor, and control
expense budgets
and perform variance analysis
Maintain accurate
books of accounts
for
multiple branches
Consolidate branch-wise accounts and prepare financial summaries
Support
month-end and year-end closing
activities
Assist in
internal and statutory audits
Ensure compliance with applicable
tax laws and accounting regulations
Prepare
MIS reports
and consolidated financial statements for management review
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
Required Qualifications & Skills
Completed CA Articleship
(mandatory)
Strong working knowledge of
GST, TDS, invoicing, and expense budgeting
Experience in
handling multiple branches or locations
Proficiency in accounting software such as
Tally, Zoho, or equivalent
Good command of
MS Excel
and financial reporting
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in branch accounting and consolidation
Knowledge of payroll accounting
Prior experience in a corporate or CA firm environment
