Experience
8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
Experience in finalizing accounts, audits, and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with taxation, payroll, budgeting, and reconciliations
Ability to supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate with auditors
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
MBA (Finance) preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP) and MS Excel
