Job Description

International Operations

Maintain accurate accounting records for international entities, including StudyMEDIC Qatar and other overseas units. Record and reconcile sales invoices, payment gateway transactions, bank accounts, vendor invoices, expenses, and advance ledgers. Monitor and update payment requests to support cash flow management (excluding StudyMEDIC Qatar). Assist in budget preparation and perform variance analysis for international entities (excluding StudyMEDIC Qatar). Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports for international operations. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance and accounting matters.
Indian Operations

Book and reconcile vendor invoices for Indian entities, including Interakt, Zoom, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads. Maintain bank book entries and perform bank reconciliations for StudyMEDIC Academy and StudyMRCOG. Calculate and process stipends for clinical students accurately and on time. Assist in GST 2B reconciliation and support GST return filing activities. Support month-end closing, MIS preparation, and handle ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
