Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Manager to oversee the firm's financial operations and support administrative coordination. The role involves managing accounting functions, statutory compliance, payroll, financial planning, and assisting with architectural proposals and professional business correspondence within a design consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports Manage billing, invoicing, and monitoring of client receivables and collections Oversee project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and expense control Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements Prepare, file, and maintain records for GST returns, TDS returns, and related statutory documentation Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and financial institutions Prepare monthly salary statements and manage payroll processing Assist management in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis Maintain proper documentation and well-organized financial records for audits and internal reviews Responsible for preparing architectural proposals and drafting professional business emails and official correspondence

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and payroll management Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or similar platforms Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
