Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other tax filings. Coordinate and support external/internal audits. Manage cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting. Monitor accounting systems and recommend process improvements. Review journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy. Liaise with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders. Assist management in financial planning, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws. Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally Prime, SAP, or similar). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
