ahoy consulting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Senior Accountant

to manage our core accounting operations and ensure smooth financial processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

GST filing, Tally, and Zoho Books

, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements. This role involves managing daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, and assisting in audits and tax filings.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations using

Zoho Books

and

Tally

. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. Handle

GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance

activities. Perform

bank reconciliations, journal entries

, and maintain general accounts. Assist in preparing

monthly and annual financial statements

. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and reports. Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and management for financial documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Minimum

2 years of accounting experience

in a professional setting. Strong working knowledge of

Zoho Books

,

Tally

, and

MS Excel

. Good understanding of

GST, TDS

, and general accounting standards. Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
