New Vinco Corporation is a leading FMCG distribution and manufacturing company dealing in spice powders, beverages, and condiments, with its own fleet of delivery vans and strong presence across Kerala.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee the company's accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, practical experience with ERP systems (Zoho/Bizom preferred), and the ability to lead a small accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and coordinate with banks. Ensure GST, TDS, and income tax compliance including timely filing and reconciliation. Conduct inventory valuation and stock audit coordination with operations and factory teams. Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for financial clarity and compliance. Implement cost control measures and support management in budgeting and forecasting. Supervise and guide junior accountants and support automation of accounting processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or distribution. Proficiency in Zoho Books / Tally / ERP systems. Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and compliance. Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
