About Us

UAds Influencer is an Influencer marketing agency working with clients across multiple regions. We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to work with one of our overseas clients. This role requires excellent accounting expertise and a strong command of English communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. To gain an in-depth understanding and knowledge of those balance sheet accounts - accounting treatment and underlying processes/workflow. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and client-specific financial regulations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly, documenting adjustments as needed. Good working knowledge of excel essential. Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Communicate effectively with overseas clients to understand and fulfill accounting requirements. Assist in audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Maintain accurate documentation and support management with financial insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent). Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Fluency in English is mandatory ( written and spoken) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with international clients. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks & Xero, or similar).

Preferred Skills

Experience working with international clients or multinational organizations. Knowledge of global tax and compliance procedures. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or cross-border setup.
