Experience:
3 - 4 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial statement preparation, budgeting and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Financial Statements:
-Compile and analyze financial data to create accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budget Preparation and Management:
-Develop and manage budgets for all stations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient allocation of resources.
Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:
-Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
GST and TDS Compliance:
-Ensure timely and accurate calculation, filing, and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory tax requirements.
Coordination with Auditors:
-Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, ensuring the availability of all required documentation and prompt resolution of queries.
Financial Reporting:
-Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in Tally:
-Utilize Tally software for financial record-keeping, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
-B.COM, M.COM or any related field.
-Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
-In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
-Proficiency in Tally ERP and other financial tools.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
-Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Skill sets:
Excellent knowledge in Tally, MS Office.
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam.
