Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements, managing budgets, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Manage and oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. Manage budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team.
