Qualification

Post Graduation in Commerce/Finanace/ CA/CMA 3-5 years of experience in Accounting Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliation of accounts. Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement. Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies. Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed. Continuously assess and improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and operations, to provide financial guidance and support. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
