Job Description

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Qualifications and Skills:

CA Inter Qualification:

A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations, as gained through the CA Inter program.

Financial Analysis:

Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide business recommendations.

Accounting Software Proficiency:

Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office applications.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments and effectively communicate financial information.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.

Attention to Detail:

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of accounting work.

General Ledger Management:

Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring timely and accurate entries.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure proper cash flow management.

Auditing:

Coordinate and support both internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including VAT, GST, and corporate tax filings.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.

Process Improvement:

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

Team Leadership:

In some cases, senior accountants may lead or supervise a team of junior accountants, providing guidance and support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
