. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, statutory compliance, vendor payments, and reporting for multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
1) Accounting & Book Keeping
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in
Tally/ERP
(Sales, Purchase, Journal, Payment, Receipt).
Maintain books of accounts for real estate projects, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

Ensure correct GST treatment for vendors, contractors, and project-related expenses.
Coordinate with consultants for GST notices, audits, and reconciliations.
3) TDS Compliance
Handle end-to-end
TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing (24Q/26Q)
.
Ensure timely issuance of
Form 16/16A
.
Handle TDS on contractors, professionals, rent, and other applicable payments.
4) RERA Compliance (Mandatory)
Maintain project-wise accounting as per
RERA norms
.
Ensure proper accounting for
RERA-designated bank accounts
and project-wise fund utilization.
Support documentation and compliance for RERA audits/reporting.
5) Vendor / Contractor Management
Process vendor & contractor bills, verify supporting documents and approvals.
Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payments.
Maintain vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
6) Bank & Cash Management
Bank reconciliations, payment processing (NEFT/RTGS/cheques).
Monitor cash flow requirements and maintain project-wise payment records.
7) Reporting & Coordination
Prepare MIS reports: payable aging, receivable status, project-wise cost reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Projects) for billing, collections, and documentation.
Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong working knowledge of
GST, TDS, and RERA compliance
.
Real estate project accounting understanding is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in
Tally Prime / ERP
.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation basics.
Excellent communication & coordination skills.
Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com
(Mandatory)
CA Inter / CA Final / MBA Finance (Preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in a
real estate / construction / developer company
is mandatory.
Should be able to independently handle compliance and reporting.
