Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the complete bookkeeping and accounting operations of our firm. The ideal candidate will manage a team of two junior accountants, ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial processes, and efficiently utilize Tally Prime. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills and .

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Bookkeeping

Manage the end-to-end bookkeeping process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and monthly/annual closing. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Maintain complete documentation and audit trails for all accounting activities.

2. Team Leadership

Supervise, guide, and mentor two junior accountants. Review and verify work completed by junior team members for accuracy and compliance. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and training.

3. ERP Systems Management

Maintain expertise in

Tally Prime

and other ERP/accounting systems used within the firm. Ensure accurate posting, reporting, and data integrity within the ERP platforms.

4. Compliance & Reporting

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Coordinating with respective consultants for compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
