Role Overview:



We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented

Senior Accountant

to take ownership of our end-to-end financial operations. This includes

vendor collections, banking, taxation (TDS, GST, ITR), and statutory compliance

. You will be instrumental in maintaining our financial health, ensuring timely receivables, and handling all tax filings with precision.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in

accounts receivable, income tax return filing

, and experience in independently managing accounting functions for small to medium-sized companies.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

accounts receivable

: follow up with vendors/distributors for timely payments. Maintain up-to-date

debtors ledgers

, track collections, and send regular reminders. Handle

banking operations

, cash flow tracking, and reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate

TDS, GST filing

, and

Income Tax Returns (ITR)

for the business. Prepare and review

financial statements

, cash flow reports, and monthly P&L summaries. Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities as needed. Support the leadership team with

budgeting

, expense planning, and statutory reporting. Maintain financial documentation and ensure adherence to Indian accounting standards.

Required Qualifications:



Proficiency in

TDS, GST, ITR filing

, and

statutory compliance

. Solid experience with

vendor collections and receivables management

. Strong knowledge of

Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks

, or equivalent accounting tools. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience.

Preferred Skills:



Experience handling accounts independently in a service-based or creative business. Familiarity with e-filing portals for GST and income tax. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling external vendors and internal stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset and ability to streamline financial processes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
