Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
Handle GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred).
2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, MS Excel).
Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
