Job Description

We are seeking a

highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing reconciliations, and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Candidates with a background in the

architectural, construction, or interior design industry

will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Oversee and execute

month-end and year-end closing processes

. Manage

accounts payable and receivable

, including vendor and client transactions. Perform regular

bank and general ledger reconciliations

. Coordinate and support

internal and external audits

by providing necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable

financial laws and regulations

. Contribute to

budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

activities. Recommend and implement process improvements for financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of

5 years of professional accounting experience

. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly

Tally Prime

. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations. Experience in an

architectural, construction, or interior design firm

is a strong advantage. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
