Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day financial records and general ledger
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Manage inventory costing and reconcile raw material purchases vs usage
Handle GST filing, TDS, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance
Track restaurant sales across outlets and reconcile with POS & bank entries
Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements
Coordinate with internal teams for budget planning and cost optimization
Work with external auditors during audit season
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce / Accounting
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-outlet restaurant chain
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and compliance
Excellent Excel skills and analytical mindset
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Bonus Skills:
Experience working with central kitchens and cloud kitchens
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems (e.g., Petpooja, POSist, Toast, etc.)
