Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Factory Accountant

to handle day-to-day accounts and financial operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in

Tally, GST, Excel, E-way Bill, and E-invoicing

, with strong knowledge of factory accounting and cost management.

Responsibilities

Manage and record all accounting transactions in

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

. Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly

financial reports. Handle

GST filings

(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and maintain compliance. Generate and manage

E-way Bills

and

E-invoices

as per GST regulations. Reconcile

bank accounts, vendor accounts, and inventory ledgers

. Maintain

purchase, sales, and expense vouchers

. Assist in

costing, budgeting, and variance analysis

. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred).

2-5 years

of accounting experience (preferably in a

factory or manufacturing environment

). Proficiency in

Tally ERP

,

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

, and

GST compliance

. Working knowledge of

E-way Bill

and

E-invoicing portals

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
